EM assists its Member Companies in finding work, while providing new project cost saving resources for the completion of their work locally and more competitively. EM is the foremost and only website for verified Environmental Companies and Environmental Professionals in the Nation. As such, the following will eventually occur within 6-9 months from launch for EM members:

1. Financial institutions, Banks, and Mortgage Companies will use the Property Transaction Services website (www.yourpts.com) to request and receive bids from local, high quality, and verified Environmental Companies for Phase I, Phase II and other services with confidence.
2. Large Environmental firms will use the Property Transaction Services website to solicit bids for high quality, and verified Environmental Companies to perform the following, in their project local area, with confidence:
1. Local Phase I site walks
2. Phase II sampling
3. Report writing
4. Technical editing
5. Work Plan writing
6. Local licensed expert
7. Remediation
8. Etc.
3. Environmental Professionals working on large projects and/or putting together a team will use local experts from EM and EPS in a variety of fields to complete their local projects.

The cost of signing up, and receiving credential verification, initially, is NOTHING! If you WIN a bid on a project, and/or use any of our Environmental Professionals (EPS) through EM, you pay EM a small fee. Meanwhile you save money through discounted services, time saving tools, and the ability to talk to other EM Professionals. Environmental Marktetplace (EM) is a for profit company. Our company recoups the costs for this service by receiving a very small fee every time an EM member, on the EM web site, wins a project and/or hires a Environmental Professional or Expert for a project. We collect a small fee of 1.5% or $1.50 per $100 of the total awarded amount and/or fee. This fee is less than what some ATM's charge to withdraw cash! So, if you won a project for $1,000, EM would require a fee of $15.00. This known fee can be imbedded into your bid so that the client bears the cost. There is no place, nor any other organization, that will market you for so little cost especially with all the benefits.
